Bolivia sees rise in mob justice

Vigilante justice is on the rise in Bolivia. In one recent case, two people were killed and nine others seriously injured after a mob set upon them.

The men and women, accused of stealing, were paraded in a packed football stadium. They were beaten and set on fire before police intervened.
